Individual sessions offer you a space to «check in» with yourself in the here and now. We will explore your thoughts, feelings and sensations to help you find some deeper clarity and understanding of your experience. Through questions and self-reflection, you get a fuller picture and the ability to stand back and work out your next move. Limiting perceptions and patterns are explored and reworked, freeing up space for alternative ways of seeing, opening up new possibilities, developing self-reliance, and leading to new choices.
In our first session we will identify your objectives and agree to meet for four one-hour sessions (usually weekly). During this time, we will see if my approach is a good match for your needs.
We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.
